Auction Disclosure:  Buyer Beware.  Clear Channel NY is not responsible for and cannot offer a refund or exchange for lost, missing or stolen certificates.  Clear Channel NY will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate. 

By participating in the auction you agree not to hold Clear Channel NY, its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees (the “Company”) responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted.  You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer.  We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.

If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release Clear Channel NY, its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential,  of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

To Bid:
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be a registered user with this site

Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Clear Channel NY.  No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.

Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel NY if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel NY. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of New York. Unless you and Clear Channel NY mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel NY. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when Clear Channel NY materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of New York. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM:
The high bidder will need to present a photo ID to:

•          Clear Channel NY, 32 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013
•          Pick Up Time will be mutually agreed upon between Clear Channel NY and winning bidder.  Clear Channel NY will contact winning bidder within 5 business days of the close of the auction.
•          Deadline for pick up will be one month after contact is made with the winning bidder
